By using the AutoFix Pro application ("the App"), you agree to the following terms.

Service Description

AutoFix Pro provides access to automotive repair and service manuals. The App offers a subscription-based service for browsing pre-existing manuals and a VIN-based request system for additional vehicles.

Subscriptions

• Subscriptions are billed through Apple's App Store and managed by Apple
• Subscription tiers: Weekly, Monthly, and 6-Month plans
• Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period
• You can manage or cancel subscriptions in your Apple ID account settings

Account

You may create an account using Sign in with Apple. Account creation is optional for browsing the pre-2014 manual library but is required for submitting VIN requests. You may delete your account at any time through the App's Settings, which permanently removes all your data from our servers.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Redistribute, resell, or publicly share manual content obtained through the App
• Attempt to circumvent subscription requirements or access controls
• Use automated tools to scrape or bulk-download content
• Interfere with the operation of the service

Content

Repair manuals provided through the App are for informational purposes. While we strive for accuracy, automotive repair involves inherent risks. Always follow proper safety procedures. We are not responsible for any damage or injury resulting from the use of information provided through the App.

Disclaimer of Warranties

The App and its content are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee the completeness, accuracy, or availability of any manual content.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, AutoFix Pro shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App.

Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
