AutoFix Pro ("we", "us", "our") operates the AutoFix Pro mobile application. This Privacy Policy explains what data we collect, how we use it, and your rights regarding that data.

Data We Collect

When you use Sign in with Apple, we receive and store:

• Apple User ID — an opaque identifier unique to our app, provided by Apple
• Email address — either your real email or an Apple Private Relay address, depending on your choice during sign-in
• Display name — if you choose to share it during sign-in

Data We Generate

Through your use of the app, we store:

• VIN requests — vehicle identification numbers you submit for manual lookup
• Subscription events — records of subscription purchases for service verification
• Authentication tokens — session tokens for keeping you signed in

How We Use Your Data

• Account identification and authentication
• Processing and tracking your VIN manual requests
• Verifying your subscription status

Sign in with Apple

We support and respect Apple's Private Relay email service. If you choose to hide your email during sign-in, we only receive the private relay address and cannot determine your real email. We store the opaque Apple User ID provided to our app — this ID cannot be used to track you across other apps.

Third-Party Sharing

We do not sell, rent, or share your personal data with third parties. We do not use any third-party analytics or tracking SDKs.

Data Retention

Your data is retained for as long as your account exists. When you delete your account (via Settings > Delete Account in the app), all associated data is permanently and immediately removed from our servers, including your user record, authentication tokens, VIN requests, and subscription events.

Your Rights

You have the right to:

• Delete your account — Use the "Delete Account" option in the app's Settings to permanently remove all your data
• Access your data — Contact us to request a copy of the data we hold about you

Data Security

All communication between the app and our servers is encrypted using TLS (HTTPS). Authentication tokens are stored securely in the iOS Keychain on your device.

Children's Privacy

Our service is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect data from children.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated revision date.
